Q2 : What is the price term ?

A : The price listed is EXW price. There might be additional forwarder costs depends on different forwarder and shipment method.

The price may fluctuate due to material cost / labor cost / exchange rate change. Please check with our sales  before confirming an order.

Q3 : Does the product price include logo ? How can I make my custom logo and packaging ?

A : The listed product price does not include logo , the product usually use poly bag packaging . You can contact our sales for specific price if you need logo or custom packaging and if need ,Happy Fitness can also help customer to design logo and packaging .

Q4 : How long do you need to produce the goods ?

A : For product that is in stock, we can deliver to you in 5-10 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20-45 days
depending on order quantity.

Q5 : How to place order and arrange payment ?

A : You can contact our sales to draft PI for you and you can confirm ,after confirmed ,we will both Stamp then move forward

Q6 : What is the payment term ? How can I arrange payment ?

A : We accept TT / Paypal etc normal international payment methods

Q7: Do you provide free sample for evaluation ?

A : For old customer who  already have cooperation with us ,new samples will be free ,for new customer ,we need customer pay samples fee for raw material purchasing ,but once  formal order  placed ,we will return the samples fee to customer

Q8 : How long can I receive the goods ?

A : For air shipment it takes about 3-10 days. For sea shipment, It usually takes about 15-45 days depending on destination port.

Customized  Products：

We are Chinese top professional factory for fitness produts and have more than 10 years’ rich experience on OEM and ODM , we can customized products as per customer's detailed requirement include material ,shape brand and package .

Firstly : Customized sample – we can do customized one or two pc samples as per customers ‘ requirement and ship the sample for customer for evaluation .

Secondly :Customized pre-sample after for confirmed –after formal order confirmed ,we will do a pre-sample with customer’s logo for customer confirm ,after confirmed ok ,we will move forward for formal order printing .

 Lastly  :Customer formal order and package – We will start mass printing and package after customer confirmed pre-sample is ok .

Small MOQ products service :

If customer need small order q’ty  such as 1 pcs or 50pcs ,we can also ship customer our stock products within 7 working days .

Design Package:

We can help customer to design the color box or manual or booklet etc package stuff to make customer easier for purchasing .

Photograph :

We can help customers to take 5 to 20 professional pictures so customers can list them on the website for selling 

 Arrange Shipping :

We can do door to door shipping for customer if customer no forwarder ,if customer have forwarder ,we can also use customers’ forwarder for shipping , all shipping terms EXW,FOB,CNF ,DDU or DDP we all can do .

After –Sale Service ：

All products produced by Happy Fitness ,after customer received have any quality problem or returned by final customer caused by quality reason ,Happy Fitness will responsible for it and provide free replacement  and provide 2 years guarantee after customers received the products
