Back foam roller are popular in past years until now ,and now we have
different styles of foam rollers to choose:

EPE back foam roller full name is polypropylene foam roller ,this style foam roller
is very soft which is fit for beginners.
Its normal size is 15cm*30cm /15cm*45cm/15cm*60cm/15cm*90cm ,we can also add
customized logo on it ,generally speaking will be embossed logo on back foam roller .
EVA solid back foam roller is a medium density foam roller which fit for most people
include beginners or normal people .
It is soft than EPP solid foam roller but hard than PE back foam roller so it is medium
density style foam roller .

effect on your performance ,but for professional people maybe high density foam roller is a good choice .
