Step 1 : put eva raw material into injection machine and wait several minutes then soft eva foam
will come out from injection machine .

Step 2: put foam roller PVC /PP/ABS tube inside the soft eva foam

Step 3 :Use knife to cut the extra edges of foam to make the foam roller in good shape

Step 4 : clean the foam roller

Step 5 : put foam roller into shrink wrap machine to get it shrink wraped.

Step 6 : package foam roller into outer ctns.
